This luxury holiday cottage is situated on the outskirts of the popular seaside resort of Rathmullan in North West Donegal. 100 meters from the front door of the cottage - along a tree lined road - is the entrance to Kinnegar Strand - a beautiful sandy beach that never gets too crowded - an ideal playground for children. The cottage itself has all the facilities required to ensure an enjoyable self catering holiday experience. An especially attractive feature is the existence of two distinct living areas.

The traditional cottage self-catering accommodation boasts two bedrooms, large kitchen, shower room, central heating, a wood-burning stove in the lounge and sea views. The kitchen has all modern facilities with oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and iron and ironing board. Sheets, towels and linen are provided.

Beautiful 4 bedroom traditional Irish farmhouse that has been completely renovated with a modern interior but without loosing its old style charm and character. Sleeping up to 10 adults the farmhouse is located just of the coast road 3 miles north of Rathmullan. Sheltered by mature oak trees the farmhouse is set in spacious and private grounds to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The upstairs bedrooms and seated alcove area have views of Lough Swilly and the Inishowen hills.
