Lint House, which has recently been built, has a porch and entrance hall, a dining kitchen with integrated appliances and a large separate lounge with T.V., video and DVD player. There are four double bedrooms (two double beds and four single). The master bedroom is ensuite and there is also a full sized bathroom/shower. Electricity, oil fired central heating and hot water are included in the price as well as bedding and towels. There is off road parking for two cars and a fenced in garden to the rear.
